The quickest way to reach us is hello@everaftergames.com. It is a real inbox read by the small team who make these games, and we answer everything ourselves. We aim to reply within two working days.
What to write about
- A bug in a game. Tell us the game, the browser or phone you were using, and what happened just before it went wrong. A screenshot helps.
- An order from the shop. Include your order number and we will find it. Delivery, returns and refunds are covered on our Terms of Sale and Returns page.
- Your account or your data. Anything about your Ever After account, or a request to see or delete the data we hold, is handled through the same address. Our Privacy Policy sets out your rights and how long we keep things.
- Press, review copies and collaborations. We are happy to talk to writers, streamers and other small studios.
- An idea for a game. Especially from younger players. The children’s games on this site exist because children asked for them.
Who you are writing to
Ever After Games is the games studio of Ever After Books Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, which also runs the Ever After Books bookshop in Dalton-in-Furness, Cumbria. There is more about the studio on our about page. Returns of physical orders go to the postal address printed on our Terms of Sale and Returns page.
