Clearday is a quit-habit day counter app for Android, made by Ever After Games, part of the Ever After Group (UK). What you track in Clearday is deeply personal, so the design principle is simple: everything stays on your phone.
Your trackers (what you quit and when), daily check-ins (mood, cravings, notes) and settings are kept in the app's local storage on your device only. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, and nothing you enter is ever uploaded, synced or shared. We cannot see it; nobody can. "Erase all data" in Settings, deleting the app's data in Android settings, or uninstalling the app permanently removes everything.
The optional daily reminder is a local notification scheduled on your device. It needs the standard notification permission and involves no network activity.
The Google Play version of Clearday shows a small banner advert on the Milestones, History and Settings pages only: never on the Today screen and never over the check-in, SOS or reset moments. Adverts are served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure adverts, Google may collect device information including the device's advertising ID. Google does not receive anything you track in Clearday. In the UK/EEA the app asks for your consent first, through Google's consent form, and you can change your choice at any time from "Ad privacy options" in Settings. Buying the one-time Remove ads purchase switches advertising off entirely; after that the app makes no advertising requests at all. The purchase itself is processed by Google Play; we never see your payment details.
The Amazon Appstore version of Clearday carries no advertising.
Clearday's recovery notes are general encouragements, not medical guidance. If quitting something is putting your health at risk, please talk to a professional; some withdrawals (alcohol in particular) can need medical supervision.
Clearday is intended for adults.
Because Clearday keeps no personal data about you on our systems, there is nothing for us to look up, correct or delete on our side: your data is on your device and under your control.
